We're very lucky to be in a part of the country where there is always a festival or an exhibition either happening or just around the corner and there are plenty of local events to enjoy. Here's what's going on in the area in the coming months:

Sunday 21st July - LUDLOW DOG DAY - A family fun day centered around dogs in the grounds of Stokesay Court, with many attractions to keep everyone delighted and lots of ‘doggy’ stuff throughout the whole day. https://www.ludlowdogday.org.uk/

Saturday 27th July to Sunday 4th August - CLUN CARNIVAL WEEK - Several events throughout the week including a procession with marchers, carnival floats and historic vehicles.

Sunday 3rd to Sunday 18th August - CHURCH STRETTON ARTS FESTIVAL - The 52nd consecutive festival of music and visual arts in the heart of the Shropshire Hills. https://strettonfestival.org.uk/

Sunday 11th August - LUDLOW MAGNALONGA - The Magnalonga is a food and drink walk of between 8 - 10 miles, starting at the Ludlow Food Centre. A journey where you combine a walk through unspoilt countryside with some of the best food and drink from Ludlow and the Welsh Marches. http://www.magnalonga.co.uk/

Thursday 29th August - STOKESAY CASTLE OPEN AIR THEATRE : AS YOU LIKE IT - "All the world's a stage...". Spend a summer’s evening relaxing in the open air as Rain or Shine Theatre Company presents As You Like It. Saturday 23rd & Sunday 24th November - LUDLOW MEDIEVAL CHRISTMAS FAYRE - Eat, drink and be merry.
